Pornify is an artificial intelligence (AI) based platform that offers a wide range of AI-generated content and transformation services. Our services include the "Undresser" function, allowing users to upload images of non-real, AI-generated characters for transformation into undressed representations, as well as other services where the images are entirely AI-generated with no user-uploaded content.

Our sophisticated AI models create all images and transformations from scratch, generating outputs that visually resemble original inputs but are technically distinct and separate. These AI-generated images do not represent real individuals and are, by their very nature, not under any age restriction or constraint. This means all AI-generated content, by its nature, can be considered as meeting the age criteria of being above 18 years old, as they do not represent real individuals.

Although Pornify operates outside the jurisdiction of United States law, we voluntarily adhere to the principles outlined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257. This U.S. regulation enforces rigorous record-keeping requirements on producers of sexually explicit content, aiming to ensure that all performers in such content are of legal age. We align with the intent of this law as part of our ongoing commitment to user safety, legality, and respect.

Users of our services must affirm that any user-uploaded images, or the use of our AI-generated content, do not depict real individuals, do not portray explicit or sexual acts, and are not used to create explicit or pornographic content. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of any image or content does not infringe on any laws, regulations, or third-party rights, including privacy and intellectual property rights.

Misuse of any of our services may lead to consequences, including potential legal liability. We reserve the right to review and remove any content deemed inappropriate or in violation of these guidelines. We strive to respond appropriately to complaints and do not knowingly permit illegal content to remain on our platform.
